ACME is an engineering company specializing in Forensic Materials Failure Analysis of metallic components and in providing corrosion consulting and material selection services to clients in the Oil and Gas industries, solving problems with pipelines, refineries, tanks, PV, and other structures.
ACME possesses vast experience in Stress Corrosion Cracking (SCC), Fatigue Cracking, Sulfide Stress Cracking (SSC), Corrosion, Hydrogen Embrittlement (HIC, SOHIC, Sour Service, etc.), Corrosion Inhibitor, Subsurface Corrosion, Scaling and Cleaning of Equipment, and Corrosion Resistant Alloys (CRAs) in Sour Service.
The ACME team has experience in managing root-cause-analysis (RCA) when failure happens, assisting in explaining the origins of the failure and providing recommendations to avoid it in the future.
